Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: IAS NOTES WALA sells digital products (PDF files). Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, our refund policy is limited as described below.

1. General Refund Policy

Since all our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the download link has been accessed. This policy exists because digital goods cannot be "returned" once downloaded.

2. When Refunds ARE Provided

We will process a full refund in the following situations:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we cannot fix it within 24 hours
  • You were charged but did not receive the download link
  • You were charged twice for the same product
  • The product description was materially different from the actual content

3. When Refunds Are NOT Provided

  • After the download link has been accessed
  • If you purchased the wrong product by mistake
  • If you changed your mind after purchase
  • If your exam was cancelled or postponed
  • If you found similar content elsewhere

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successful and the download link is generated. If payment was deducted but the order was not created, we will refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at refunds@examnoteshub.com within 48 hours of purchase
  2. Include your Order ID and the reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
